We specialise in all keys lost to your cars

Here’s how it works:

  1. We give you a time to come and meet you onsite
  2. We will need to site some photo identification (preferably a drivers licence)
  3. We open the car
  4. We cut a key for the vehicle with modern equipment
  5. We program the key to the car

All this is usually done within an hour, so you can get back to your day

In order to quote effectively, we will need to know the following:

  1. Your job location
  2. A VIN number (Vehicle Identification Number)

A VIN number can be found out in a couple of different ways

  • It is sometimes located on a metal plate at the bottom of the windscreen by the passenger side
  • Registration papers of the vehicle
  • You can call Vic Roads or your insurance provider

Prior to moving day, let us know how many locks there are to be rekeyed and then we can give you a quote and book a time. We come to you and change the insides of the lock, so that the old key no longer works

In order for us to provide the level of mobile service that we do and to stay at the forefront of technology, we have to charge a service call to attend to each job.

Yes, we do have an after-hours service, but please note it is dedicated to emergency situations only and is by appointment. If you are after a quotation only, please call during business hours.

We specialise in replacing car keys when you have lost all your sets. We do not do spare car keys.

We have opened and made keys for many vehicles in underground car parks, shopping centres and the airport. A tow truck may not be able to get into some of these confined spaces, so our aim is to give you the mobile service to get you driving again.

Don’t try to open the car yourself as you may do damage and still not get in.

In the past, we have seen some people breaking their car windows in order to gain entry. This is not advised as you may not only injure yourself, but also cause costly damage to the vehicle. In some prestige vehicles, a deadlock could still prevent you from opening the car’s doors or tailgate.
